Tolu Ladapo joined the Addicks’ academy as an U15 following a successful trial period.

The wide forward signed his maiden professional contract with the club in July 2022.

In May 2023, the club exercised an option to extend the youngster's contract.

Ladapo joined National League South outfit Hungerford Town on a month-long loan in December 2023.
