Ella Rutherford signed for the Addicks in the summer of 2020.
The forward is a Charlton history maker – she owns the distinction of scoring the club's first-ever goal as a professional outfit.
She began her career with the Millwall Lionesses, coming through the youth programme before making the jump to senior level in 2017 and scoring 7 times in 14 league appearances.
Rutherford then headed to Bristol City the following season, enjoying loan spells at Crystal Palace and Leicester City during her spell at the club.
She has been capped by England at U15, U16, U17 and U19 level.
