Academy Manager Tom Pell will leave Charlton Athletic in December after more than three years with the club to take up a role with a Premier League side.
Pell joined the Addicks in 2022 and assumed leadership of the academy last year when long-serving Academy Director, Steve Avory stepped down.
The club would like to thank Tom for his hard work and commitment since his arrival and wish him every success in the future.
Charlton have begun the process of recruiting a new academy lead and are fortunate to be able to draw on Avory’s experience and knowledge as part of that process.
