Addicks receive extra 2,005 tickets for United tie


The club have received an additional 2,005 tickets for Tuesday’s Carabao Cup quarter-final tie against Manchester United at Old Trafford (8pm KO GMT).

The Addicks’ initial allocation of 7,403 tickets sold out a few minutes after going on general sale on Wednesday afternoon.

With thousands of Charlton supporters still in an online queue, more in a physical queue at The Valley and the club’s phonelines also extremely busy at the time of initial ‘sell out’, the club are very grateful to Manchester United for making the extra allocation available.

Information on purchasing the additional tickets – which are all seated – will be publicised by the morning of Thursday, January 5th by the club.

The Valley Away service for the game is currently sold out but the club are hopeful that they will be able to put on further services.
