The club's annual memorial will take place on Saturday, January 13th ahead of the Addicks' clash against Peterborough United at The Valley.
Fans, players and officials from both clubs will remember the Charlton and Peterborough supporters lost during 2023 with a period of applause.
You can submit the names of loved ones, friends and colleagues for the memorial by emailing memorial@cafc.co.uk or calling 020 8333 4000 by 11am on Monday, January 8th.
The list of names will appear in that edition of Valley Review and will be shown on the big screen during the tribute.
All of the names which have appeared in the Deaths section of the matchday programme's personals page since the last memorial in January 2023 will automatically be added to the list, as will the names of fans whose ashes have been scattered in The Valley's Memorial Garden during 2023.
