Charlton Athletic’s annual remembrance ceremony will take place ahead of Tuesday's Sky Bet Championship fixture with West Bromwich Albion at The Valley (KO 7.45pm GMT).
Charlton players will be wearing poppies on their shirts, and supporters can pick up their poppies, pin badges and wristbands from The Valley Superstore and the West Stand Reception on the night.
Ahead of the game, both captains will hand wreaths over to two members of the Armed Forces, who will lay them before the Last Post is played.
There will then be a period of silence to honour all of those who gave their lives in service to their country since 1914.
