Tickets for the opening game of the Addicks' 2025/26 Sky Bet Championship campaign against Watford at The Valley have gone on restricted sale after the away end has sold out.
With tickets in the home end selling quickly too, the game is set to be played in front of the largest crowd for a home opener at The Valley in at least 16 years.
The Hornets have sold more than 3,000 seats in the Jimmy Seed Stand for the match and tickets are on restricted sale to prevent visiting fans from buying in home areas.
Placing a match on restricted sale in the event of the away end selling out is standard practice for the club and all Charlton supporters registered on the club’s ticketing database before 11am on Thursday, July 24th can still buy tickets for the game.
With tickets for Charlton’s opening two home games selling well, supporters considering purchasing a season ticket are advised to do so sooner rather than later to give themselves the widest range of seats to choose from.
