CACT asks for your help to support the most vulnerable

There’s no denying that coronavirus has affected everyone. But it’s hit some people in our community more than others.

Staff and volunteers at Charlton Athletic Community Trust (CACT) have been working hard to be there for the most vulnerable in our community over the last few months.

Phillip Hunnisett said:

"My aunt, who is almost 90 years old and lives in Eltham, was concerned how she would buy her food. CACT came to the rescue and for the last 2+ weeks her food purchases have been delivered by volunteers. Thank you."

Jason Morgan, CACT’s Chief Executive, said:

“I’m incredibly proud that we have been able to help so many people affected by coronavirus and lockdown. We have heard from many people who are grateful for the support during a really difficult period.

“We’re launching this fundraising appeal to ask for help so we can continue to support the most vulnerable in our community”.
