The FA have issued the following statement:
Forest Green Rovers and Charlton Athletic have been charged after a mass confrontation which followed the completion of their EFL League One fixture on Tuesday 14 February.
It is alleged that both clubs failed to ensure that their players conducted themselves in an orderly fashion.
Forest Green Rovers and Charlton Athletic have until Tuesday 21 February to provide their respective responses.
