-

As 2026/27 season tickets go on sale, please see below a list of Frequently Asked Questions, which will be updated,on this page, as the campaign continues.

If you can't see your question on this page, or is you are still having challenges, please email tickets@cafc.co.uk.

Why can't I see my season ticket under my account when I have logged in?

It is possible that you may have more than one active account on the club’s ticketing system. To see your season ticket online, you need to check that the Fan ID number at the top of your online account is the same as the one on your season ticket card. If not, you have a ‘double account’.

The best way to resolve this is to log out of the account and then log in again by entering the Fan ID that is printed on your season ticket card and clicking ‘reset password’. You will be sent a ‘reset password’ email and can update your password and then log into your correct account, which will have your season ticket attached to it.

I am looking at the stadium map and my seat is greyed out. What should I do?

If your seat appears greyed out on the stadium map, you need to log into your ticketing account first. Once logged in, go to the season ticket tab and select renew. Your current season ticket seat will be held for you there, allowing you to complete the renewal.

Why do I receive an error message when purchasing a concession/junior season ticket online?

Our system will be able to recognise which age category you qualify for and will only allow you to purchase that price category. Therefore, if you try to purchase an incorrect price class for the person that is allocated to that season ticket, you will receive an error. If your data is incorrect, please email tickets@cafc.co.uk with your proof of age, and we will then be able to update your account.

Why can't I purchase a student season ticket?

This will be because you are not registered as a student on our system. To do this, please provide email confirmation from your school/college/university that you are in full-time education for the entirety of the 2026/27 season to tickets@cafc.co.uk.

How do I get 30% off my 2026/27 women's first-team season ticket?

2026/27 men's first-team season ticket holders can access a 30% discount on 2026/27 women's season tickets. Supporters purchasing a 2026/27 men's first-team season ticket will be prompted, when checking out, to add to women's season ticket to their basket. If you have any challenges with the process please email tickets@cafc.co.uk

Why has the zone my seat is in changed?

Based on the fan feedback and information coming from the club’s season-ticket holder survey, improvements have been made to the seating plan and pricing structure:

  • Zone 1 seating has been removed from the Alan Curbishley Stand and replaced with Zone 2 seatong
  • A new zone has been introduced in the West Stand. Supporters in the newly created West Stand zone can renew at Zone 3 pricing for 2026/27, before moving to Zone 2 pricing in 2027/28

The changes reduce the sharp pricing differences between neighbouring seats across the stadium.

Seat relocations

A small number of West Stand Upper and Lower season-ticket holders will need to relocate due to summer stadium enhancements. Affected supporters have been contacted.

For queries, please email fans@cafc.co.uk

In previous seasons, those with Valley Gold subscriptions have enjoyed a small discount on season tickets. Alongside the Charlton Advisory Board and the Valley Gold committee, we are engaging in a review of potential future membership scheme formats, including how Valley Gold - a much-loved and historic part of the Charlton Athletic family which provides excellent opportunities for our academy including in recent years numerous tours abroad and new academy mini-busses - might develop. The programme will launch before the start of the 2026/27 season and include within it a rebate for season-ticket holders at least equal to previous discount levels.
