A number of Addicks were in action for their respective loan clubs across the country over the weekend.

U21s goalkeeper Tommy Reid played a key role in Sutton United’s 2-0 victory over Halifax Town in the National League, producing a crucial penalty save to help secure three points and a clean sheet.

In Sky Bet League Two, Daniel Kanu and Micah Mbick went toe-to-toe at the Pallet-Track Bescot Stadium as Walsall hosted Colchester United. The U’s claimed a 2-0 win with Mbick, who provided an assist on his England U20 debut the night before, introduced from the bench on 71 minutes, while Kanu featured for 76 minutes for the Saddlers.

The Addicks' other loanees were not in action owing to the international break, with Kaheim Dixon currently away with Jamaica as they look to secure a place at the 2026 World Cup.
