Our supporters are at the heart of everything we do at Charlton Athletic, and we've been listening carefully to your feedback about matchday catering services.
Working closely with our catering partner, we're introducing several important improvements that will be in place for Saturday's clash with Leicester City (KO 12.30pm BST).
What's changing for our supporters:
- Faster service: Beers will be pre-poured before kick-off and at half-time, with dedicated staff keeping stocks topped up
- More helping hands: Additional staff across all kiosks and bars to serve you quicker
- Better trained team: Enhanced training and new incentive schemes to ensure our catering staff deliver the best possible service
- Improved facilities: Extra pouring equipment installed to speed things up
- More choice, more locations: Additional kiosks and beer carts operating around The Valley and in the Fan Zone
- Fan favourites return: We've brought back Larry's Mobile Bar and Perkalicious Coffee in the Fans' Bar by popular demand
Saturday will be the first game with these changes in place. We're determined to deliver a great matchday experience, and while we ask for your patience as these changes settle in, we're confident you'll notice the difference - and there's more to come throughout the season.
