The Women's Professional Game Academy (PGA) has secured a spot in Division One after finishing third in the Southern Division of the PGA League in the first half of the season.

The PGA finished four points behind first-place Arsenal and two points behind second-place Chelsea.

The squad began their season with a commanding 3-0 victory over Bristol City, which they replicated the following week with the same scoreline against Tottenham Hotspur.

Their first defeat came in a 3-0 loss to Arsenal, followed by another setback with a 2-0 loss to Southampton.

However, the PGA bounced back with a 2-1 victory in their local derby against Crystal Palace. This continued with a 4-1 win away at Brighton.

They closed out the first half of the season with a 1-0 victory over local rivals London City Lionesses and earned two points after a 1-1 draw with Chelsea, winning 4-3 on penalties.
