The club and Charlton Athletic Supporters’ Trust (CAST) will be hosting the annual pre-Christmas Greenwich Foodbank collection ahead of the Addicks' home fixture against Oxford United on Saturday, December 20th.
CAST representatives can be found in the West Stand car park from 1.30pm on the day, collecting valuable donations from supporters ahead of the Addicks' annual Christmas Spirit matchday.
Greenwich Foodbank is currently spending an average of £14,841 per month, more than ever before, to provide and deliver food for local people experiencing food insecurity.
All non-perishable items and toiletries will be gratefully received, but the following items are urgently needed by Greenwich Foodbank:
- Tinned meat
- Tinned vegetables
- Sponge puddings
- Long-life juice
- Toiletries
- Jam
- Pasta
- Chocolate
- Mince pies
- Cereals
