Charlton’s U21s are back in action on Friday afternoon, taking on Ipswich Town in Suffolk (1pm KO GMT).

Danny Senda’s side head to East Anglia on the back of successive victories, the most recent of which came against Cardiff City on Tuesday thanks to second-half strikes from Henry Rylah and Daniel Kanu.

The young Addicks currently sit sixth in the Professional Development League 2 - South table, a place and five points above Friday’s opponents, although the Tractor Boys do boast four games in hand.

Ipswich were condemned to a third consecutive defeat in midweek, going down 3-0 at home to ninth-placed QPR.
