Olly Groome reports
Charlton have terminated the contract of El-Hadji Ba, the club confirmed on Wednesday morning.
The midfielder joined the club from Sunderland in June 2015 and went on to play 28 times in total last term, but has not featured for the Addicks' first team in 2016/17.
Meanwhile, Charlton have also released U23 midfielder Oliver Muldoon.
The 22-year-old had been with the club since U9 level and played a key part in the Addicks' successful U18 and U21 sides before making his senior debut in last season's 4-1 League Cup victory at Peterborough United.
The club would like to wish both players the best in their future careers.
