Charlton supporters who are buying their play-off tickets from The Valley on Thursday night are being asked to arrive in plenty of time to help reduce their and their fellow Addicks’ queuing time in the lead up to kick-off (7.45pm).
It is anticipated that Thursday’s walk-up (those buy tickets on the night) could be three times as many than for a regular league game.
Tickets for the game are back on sale NOW. They are available to buy in person from The Valley and by phone.
Also to help reduce queues, there will be THREE locations for fans to purchase tickets from on Thursday night. Full details on each location, what tickets will be available to buy from the, and the possible payment methods are available to read below.
WEST STAND TICKET OFFICE
Selling: West Stand, East Stand & North Stand tickets

Thursday's home leg has been classified as an Addicks Gold match, with prices starting at £20 for adults, £17 adult disabled, £15 over 65s, £12 concession disabled, £10 students and under 18s and £5 under 11s.
HOW TO BUY
Tickets are available to purchase in person from The Valley or by phone (03330 14 44 44).
In person, seats will remain on sale right up until kick-off and they will be on sale by phone up until 5pm.
On Thursday evening, tickets will be available to purchase from multiple locations. This will enable more supporters to purchase tickets quickly – please see above for full details.
COLLECTIONS
All tickets purchased by phone from 9am on Thursday onwards will be available to collect from the collection point in the North Stand ticket office.
AWAY TICKETS
Any remaining tickets for Sunday’s away leg at Shrewsbury will be available to purchase from the West Stand ticket office up until 6pm. They will also be on sale by phone until 5pm.
Should the away leg not have sold out by full-time, any remaining tickets will also be on sale after the full-time whistle from the West Stand ticket office.
