Beram Kayal comes into the lineup for his first start for the club with Jason Pearce, Deji Oshilaja and Sam Field joining him in the starting lineup.

Kayal came on for the final 12 minutes in the Addicks' home win over the Rams following his return from injury, while Field replaced Jonny Williams midway through the first half. Bowyer has given them both the green light to start for this evening's clash under the lights in the West Country.

It means the Addicks will likely lineup in a diamond formation with Dillon Phillips in goal and a defence of Oshilaja, Tom Lockyer, Pearce and Jake Forster-Caskey ahead of him. Field will likely hold in midfield with Kayal expected to partner Josh Cullen in the middle, freeing up the in-form Conor Gallagher to play slightly further forward.

Macauley Bonne, who has netted three goals in his last four games, starts up front alongside Jonathan Leko.

Elsewhere, U23s Josh Davison has been handed a spot on the bench with Tomer Hemed withdrawing from the squad with a niggle. Ben Amos is replaced by Ashley Maynard Brewer and there is a return for Chuks Aneke.

Charlton: Phillips; Oshilaja, Lockyer, Pearce (C), Forster-Caskey; Field, Cullen, Kayal, Gallagher; Leko, Bonne

Substitutes: Maynard-Brewer, Solly, Sarr, Pratley, Oztumer, Aneke, Davison
