Kishan Parmar named Charlton's Colleague of the Year

The club's Facilities & Health and Safety Manager, Kishan Parmar, has been named Charlton's Colleague of the Year.

Kishan is responsible for health and safety throughout the club and has worked tirelessly during a challenging year, going above and beyond to ensure that all COVID protocols could be met so that Charlton could continue to play games with minimal disruption, while also keeping staff and player safe both at The Valley and Sparrows Lane.

Addicks owner Thomas Sandgaard said: "Kishan has done an amazing job in terms of getting football back on at The Valley after the first lockdown and has made sure that Charlton has stayed at the forefront of complying with all the regulations, keeping any outbreaks to an absolute minimum. We have done a lot better than most other clubs in the country as far as that is concerned.

"Congratulations Kishan, it's well deserved!"

The Colleague of the Year award is an annual prize voted for by all staff at Charlton Athletic.
