Corey Blackett-Taylor and Josh Davison both start tonight’s clash against Bolton Wanderers at The Valley as manager Nigel Adkins makes five changes.
The duo impressed in their substitute cameos against Portsmouth last weekend, contriving to notch the Addicks’ 87th-minute leveller as the spoils were shared in SE7.
Elsewhere, Akin Famewo and Ben Purrington return in defense, while Sean Clare - the other goalscorer on Saturday - earns a start in midfield.
There is also a return to the matchday squad for Chris Gunter.
Should the Addicks continue in the fluid 4-3-3 formation employed against Pompey last time out then Adam Matthews, Sam Lavelle, Famewo and Purrington will form the defensive line ahead of Craig MacGillivray.
Captain Ben Watson is joined in midfield by Clare with Elliot Lee expected to operate ahead of them behind Davison, while Jonathan Leko and Blackett-Taylor will provide width.
Gunter is joined on the bench by Stephen Henderson, Jason Pearce, Harry Arter, Alex Gilbey, Jayden Stockley and Conor Washington.
Charlton: MacGillivray; Matthews, Lavelle, Famewo, Purrington; Lee, Watson (c), Clare; Leko, Davison, Blackett-Taylor
Subs: Henderson, Gunter, Pearce, Arter, Gilbey, Stockley, Washington
