TEAM NEWS | Jaiyesimi returns against Rotherham United

Diallang Jaiyesimi will start tonight’s Sky Bet League One encounter against Rotherham United at The Valley (7.45pm) as Caretaker Manager Johnnie Jackson makes one enforced change.

The 23-year-old wideman replaces Jonathan Leko in the starting XI, while there is a return to the matchday 18 for Charlie Kirk.

Craig MacGillivray continues in goal, with Chris Gunter and Akin Famewo expected to join club captain Jason Pearce to form a back three.

The returning Jaiyesimi and Ben Purrington are likely to operate on either flank as wing-backs, while Alex Gilbey, George Dobson and Elliot Lee will man the midfield.

Jayden Stockley and Conor Washington continue to lead the Addicks’ forward line.

Kirk is joined on the bench by Stephen Henderson, Deji Elerewe, Ben Watson, Sean Clare, Corey Blackett-Taylor and Josh Davison.
