The duo replace international Addicks Chris Gunter and Conor Washington, who are away with Wales and Northern Ireland respectively.
Craig MacGillivray continues in goal, with former Brewer Clare and Akin Famewo expected to operate either side of captain Jason Pearce in a back-three.
Diallang Jaiyesimi and Ben Purrington are likely to occupy wing-back roles with Alex Gilbey, George Dobson and Elliot Lee manning the midfield, behind a front two of Jayden Stockley and Davison.
The Charlton bench, meanwhile, consists of Stephen Henderson, Deji Elerewe, Ben Watson, Harry Arter, Albie Morgan, Charlie Kirk and Corey Blackett-Taylor.
