TEAM NEWS | Burstow starts Canaries clash

Mason Burstow starts this afternoon’s Emirates FA Cup third-round tie against Norwich City at The Valley as Johnnie Jackson makes four changes from our last league outing.

The 18-year-old leads the Addicks’ line alongside Jonathan Leko as Conor Washington misses out with a niggle, while Stephen Henderson and Ryan Inniss also start.

Inniss joins skipper Jason Pearce and Sean Clare in Jackson’s back-three ahead of Henderson, with Diallang Jaiyesimi and Ben Purrington occupying wing-back roles.

Alex Gilbey, George Dobson and Elliot Lee continue in an unchanged midfield, behind a front two of Leko and Burstow.

Meanwhile, the Addicks’ bench consists of Craig MacGillivray, Chris Gunter, Adam Matthews, Pape Souaré, Ben Watson, Albie Morgan, Corey Blackett-Taylor, Charlie Kirk and Josh Davison.

Charlton: Henderson; Clare, Pearce (c), Inniss; Jaiyesimi, Gilbey, Dobson, Lee, Purrington; Leko, Burstow

Subs: MacGillivray, Gunter, Matthews, Souaré, Watson, Morgan, Blackett-Taylor, Kirk, Davison
