Freda Ayisi signed for the Addicks in 2022.

Ayisi has played for a number of teams all over the country. Beginning her career at Arsenal, she won the FA Cup with the Gunners in the 2013/14 season and has a Champions League goal to her name after scoring against Kairat during her first senior season.

She then enjoyed a three-year spell at Birmingham City, appearing 57 times, before heading to Leicester City. She spent one season there before departing for the London City Lionesses.

Her next club was Lewes, where she impressed before the midfielder joined Charlton in 2022, extending her stay in south-east London in 2023.
