Sophie O’Rourke joined the Addicks from fellow Barclays Women's Championship side Lewes in 2022.

The full-back is another graduate of Reading’s academy and enjoyed a brief stint in the Besta deild kvenna, the Icelandic women’s professional league, before heading to Sussex to join Lewes.

The pacey O’Rourke is entering her second season at Charlton after signing a new two-year deal this summer.
