Seydil Toure joined Charlton's academy at U9 level.

The defender was the inaugural recipient of the Pierre Bolangi Award in May 2022, given to an U18 player who has demonstrated Pierre's characteristics of resilience, leadership, optimism and compassion.

Toure signed his first professional contract with the club in July 2022.

In May 2023, Charlton exercised an option to extend the centre-back's contract.

The centre-back joined National League side Oxford City on loan in January 2024.
