Ralfi Hand joined the Addicks' academy at the age of 16 as a first-year scholar.

The midfielder was an vital member of the U18s side who lifted the Professional Development League 2 - South title under Jason Pearce during the 2022/23 campaign.

Hand has since established himself in the U21s set-up and was rewarded with his first professional contract with the club in November 2023.
