Kayleigh Barton joined Karen Hills’ squad in July 2023.

The 35-year-old brings over a decade of international experience to the Addicks, having made her debut for national team in 2012.

She began her career with her local side Cardiff City before departing in 2016 to spend two seasons with Yeovil Town, as well as a brief loan at Chieti Calcio Femminile in Italy.

Barton played in 110 games for Brighton and Hove Albion, becoming the team’s all-time WSL leader in appearances.

She became Charlton’s third signing of the 2023/24 window, after Sian Rogers and Kate Longhurst.
