Jude Sadler joined the Addicks at U14 level and was confirmed as a scholar in June 2023.

In his first season as part of the U18s, Sadler impressed as the starting goalkeeper for Jason Pearce's U18s side, who won the Professional Development League Two - South title for the fourth year in a row.
