Melisa Filis signed for the Addicks in January 2024 until the end of the season from WSL outfit West Ham United 

The midfielder began her career with Arsenal and, following a successful spell with London Bees, and signed her first professional contract with WSL outfit West Ham in July 2021.

Filis has also capped by England U23s, where she played alongside fellow Addicks Kiera Skeels and Mia Ross.
