Defender Gracie Pearse made herself a regular in Karen Hills’ side during her first full season in SE7, making 21 appearances across all competitions.
The centre-back, who spent the second half of the 2023/24 campaign on loan with the Addicks from Tottenham Hotspur, completed a permanent move last summer and signed a two-year contract.
Building on the positive impression made during her introductory half-season with the Addicks, Pearse was a consistent performer in Karen Hills’ favoured back three throughout the campaign.
She also chipped in at the other end of the pitch, scored her first goal for the club during the 4-0 FA Cup win over Lewes in December, and her first Women’s Championship goal for the Addicks during the 3-1 win over Blackburn Rovers in March.
An Arsenal academy graduate, Pearse already held a wealth of second tier experience from spells at Crystal Palace and Bristol City before joining the Addicks, which included winning promotion to the Women’s Super League with the Robins at the end of the 2022/23 season.
