Paul Hart was appointed Assistant Manager in February 2024.

Hart reunites with Manager Nathan Jones having brought the Welshman to Charlton as U21s Lead Coach back in 2012 during his time as Academy Director.

The duo have since worked together at both Luton Town and Stoke City.

Hart first joined the Addicks in June 2011 and spent three productive years as the club’s Academy Director, playing a key role in putting in place the structure to support the development of the likes of Joe Gomez.
