Ellis McMillan joined Charlton as an U12 and was confirmed as a scholar ahead of the 2024/25 campaign.

The versatile midfielder showed tremendous strength of character to step up and score the winning penalty in the U16s’ Premier League Professional Development League Cup final win against Bristol City at The Valley in 2023/24.
