Tate Elliott joined the Addicks towards the end of the 2023/24 season following a spell at West Ham United.

The centre-back made an immediate impact, going on to score a penalty during the shootout of the U16 Premier League Professional Development League Cup final, which the young Addicks won against Bristol City at The Valley.
