An academy graduate, the 17-year-old joined Charlton at under-12s level and progressed through the academy into the PGA squad, and now forms a part of Karen Hills' first-team.
Chime made her first team debut at the age of 16 as a substitute in the FA Cup against Lewes in 2024.
The midfielder recently made her starting debut against Brighton & Hove Albion, and then went onto play a full 90 minutes in Charlton's Subway League Cup win at Southampton.
"I am really excited and grateful for the opportunity. I am going to keep putting in all of the hard work that has gotten me here so far," Chime said.
"I have been here since the under-12s and the coaches at the club have played a really big role in my development," she added.
