Reece Burke joined the Addicks in July 2025, arriving from Luton Town for an undisclosed fee.

The centre-back joined West Ham United aged nine and progressed through the youth ranks to earn his Premier League debut in 2015, and went on to pick up the club’s Young Player of the Year award for the 2014/15 campaign. This was followed by a successful season for Bradford City, where he picked up a number of the Bantams’ end-of-season awards.

Championship loans to Wigan Athletic and Bolton Wanderers followed before a permanent move to Hull City. His time there included a promotion to the Championship alongside fellow Addick Greg Docherty. 

Burke signed for Luton in 2021, helping them to the Premier League in 2023 and is now reunited with the man who signed him for the Hatters.
