Harvey Knibbs joined the Addicks in August 2025, arriving from Reading for an undisclosed fee.

The Bristol-born midfielder began his professional career at Aston Villa, where he signed his first contract in the summer of 2017.

Knibbs completed a permanent move to Cambridge United ahead of the 2019/20 campaign and finished his debut term with the U’s as their top scorer, before earning promotion to Sky Bet League One during the following season.

Having starred for Cambridge, he joined Reading in July 2023 and went on to feature 100 times for the Berkshire side, finishing as the club’s top scorer in both seasons with 32 goals for the Royals.
