Biography

Riteesh Mishra was appointed Women's First-Team Assistant Manager in May 2021.

Mishra first joined Charlton in 2014, operating within the boy's academy, before shortly moving over to the women’s section to become U16s and Development Team Coach.

Prior to joining the Addicks, Mishra previously worked at Nottingham Forest and Queens Park Rangers in their academies. 

At the start of the 2017/18 season, Mishra progressed up the ranks to join the women’s first-team as Assistant Coach before earning the title of Head Coach. During his next three seasons with the Addicks he helped guide the club to promotion to the Barclays Women’s Championship (formerly known as the FA Women’s Championship). Following on from promotion,, Charlton finished their first season third in the second tier. 

When the Addicks became a full-time professional outfit at the beginning of the 2021/22 season, Mishra assumed the role of Assistant Manager, helping Head Coach Karen Hills, alongside Laura Kaminski, lead the squad.
