Ahead of this year’s Upbeats Day, the much-loved Upbeats swimming challenge returned for the first time in several years as the Upbeats took to the pool to face three Charlton legends, with the challenge shown on ITV’s EFL Highlights Show on Saturday, April 25th.
Hosted at David Lloyd Sidcup and presented by CharltonTV’s Charlotte Richardson, talented Upbeats swimmers James, Billy, William and Jack went head-to-head with Jason Pearce, Colin Walsh and Peter Garland in a special re-run of the popular challenge, helping to raise awareness and boost fundraising efforts for this year’s Upbeats Walk.
Charlton defender Josh Edwards was also in attendance to support and coach the Upbeats alongside Keenan Gough and Zach Mitchell.
