Casual Coach

We are looking for a Casual Coach to organise, plan, prepare and deliver football or sport sessions, on a casual basis. These sessions will be within either a community or school setting.

From delivering football and multi sports coaching in schools and leisure centres, to promoting healthy lifestyles in educational workshops, to working with gifted young players in an academy setting, this is an exciting role in a high performing department.

Suitable candidates will have experience of working with children and young people and have a minimum of a FA Level 1 coaching badge.

Casual Mentor

We are looking Casual Mentor's to provide a programme of early intervention, mentoring and support for the young people to guide them away from negative behavior and its associated outcomes. They will also use different monitoring systems such as onside and Salesforce to capture and share relevant data to key stake holders.

Ideally the candidate will have knowledge in CRM systems and quarterly monitoring reporting.

We are looking for casual mentors in Greenwich & Bexley (South East London) as well as Ashford, Kent. Casual Mentors will not be expected to work in all areas but must specify in application the area(s) which are more applicable to them.

Empower Her Project Coordinator (12 Months Fixed Term)

Working collaboratively with Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust the successful candidate will be responsible for planning, delivering, and evaluating structured programmes of therapeutic, educational, and recreational activities for women in acute settings, supporting recovery, wellbeing, skill development, and positive risk-taking within a safe and trauma-informed environment. Working under the established Disability and mental health team at CACT, this project is the latest example of creative initiatives produced by this successful collaboration of voluntary and public sector.

Young People Live Well Coach

As part of this collaboration we are currently recruiting for a range of roles across health and wellbeing. If you are passionate about making a difference and want to help improve the lives of local people, we would love to hear from you.

Working as part of the Live Well Team the post holder will deliver one to one Live Well Coaching (social prescribing) with a focus on children and young people wishing to access community-based help and support. Using a Motivational Interview based approach, the post holder will support children and young people to set goals to improve their independence and resilience. They will work with young people across a broad range of complex issues including social connectedness, relationships with peers and family, personal safety, education, employment and training, financial support including welfare rights, housing advice and provide help to improve manage and maintain a healthy lifestyle. The post will work closely with Greenwich CAMHS, receiving direct referrals and supporting young people to “wait well”, they will also receive referrals directly from Primary Care and other partners working with young people.
