CharltonTV FAQs ahead of Accrington

As per EFL broadcast rules, the club are only permitted to stream Saturday-3pm matches outside of the UK and Ireland.

The UK is classed as England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, the Isle of Man and the Republic of Ireland by the EFL. 

If you are currently outside any of these countries you will be able to watch the game live on CharltonTV. 

Fans will need to use the new website to watch the game live on Saturday.

Fans in the UK are able to listen to live audio commentary of the match. CharltonTV subscriptions that include live audio commentary for every single first-team match are available to purchase for £65 per annum or £7 per month recurring. Click here to purchase your CharltonTV subscription.

If you are unable to access live commentary or live video on Saturday, please email website@cafc.co.uk. and provide as much detail as possible.

If you are using the new website for the first time on Saturday, you will need to re-register.

If you have an existing CharltonTV subscription then you must re-register with the same email address that you used to access the previous website with. Full details on how to re-register can be seen by clicking here.

After clicking submit, password reset details will be sent to your registered email address. Once you have reset your password you will then be able to access CharltonTV.
