The club’s popular Fan Zone has been expanded for Thursday’s play-off semi-final second leg against Wycombe Wanderers at The Valley and will open from 4pm.
A new addition for the 2024/25 campaign, the Fan Zone was packed out for Charlton’s final fixture of the regular season against Burton Albion last weekend and the increase in size will allow for additional room for more supporters, more bar areas, a new pizza truck and Charlton Athletic Community Trust youth engagement buses, decked out with Playstation 5s.
Bartram’s and the Meantime's Fans’ Bar will also open at 4pm, before everything closes at 7.30pm to allow supporters to time to get into the stadium and replicate the atmosphere the outstanding travelling support was able to create in the away end at Adams Park on Sunday.
The Charlton faithful were singing for much of the final hour before kick-off and with the highest crowd of the season expected at The Valley on Thursday, fans are encouraged to get into the stadium in plenty of time to help create that atmosphere and to minimise time spent queuing.
