Get involved with Charlton Athletic by setting up your own supporters’ group and gain access to a wide range of exclusive club benefits.

The club has a long history of engaged supporter groups across the UK and around the world, and this summer are launching a new structure, developed by representatives of the Charlton Advisory Board, in consultation with fans, to give supporters’ groups official recognition - helping existing groups grow and supporting the formation of new groups.

Benefits of becoming an official supporters’ group are set to include:

            •           An official supporters’ group welcome pack

            •           Presence on the club website, matchday LED boards and club social media channels

            •           A dedicated club contact for information and guidance

            •           The opportunity to be part of an official supporters’ group themed matchday

            •           Discounted access to club-hosted events

            •           The opportunity to send a representative to the bi-annual Supporters’ Forum as part of the club’s Fan Engagement Plan

            •           Opportunities to meet and hear from players and club staff

            •           Access to competitions and prize draws

The club's Chief Financial and Operations Officer Ed Warrick said: “Our fans are at the heart of everything we do and officially recognising and formalising our supporters' groups is a big step into bringing our club and supporters ever closer. I'm particularly pleased that this initiative has come from supporters themselves, and I'm grateful to the Charlton Advisory Board and those they worked with, whose volunteers have put a significant amount of time and effort into its development.

“One of the very best things about Charlton Athletic is the groups of fans that get together both near and far, and we want to support our existing passionate supporters’ groups to grow, and for many new ones to be established.”

The initiative, which will be delivered by the club's Fan Engagement Team, launches formally on July 1st. You can register your supporters’ group in advance by clicking here.

Ahead of the formal launch, registered supporters’ groups will get priority access to an upcoming meet and greet session with men’s and women’s first-team players on Tuesday, April 14th from 7pm until 9pm.

Anyone interested in setting up their own supporters’ group is encouraged to email fans@cafc.co.uk.
