The FA have issued the following statement:
Forest Green Rovers have been warned and fined £3,500, while Charlton Athletic have been fined £2,500 after a mass confrontation which followed the completion of their EFL League One fixture on Tuesday 14 February.
Both clubs admitted that they failed to ensure that their players conducted themselves in an orderly fashion, and the sanctions were subsequently imposed by an independent Regulatory Commission.
