A guide to using the new-look CharltonTV

Charlton TV 'How To' graphic

CharltonTV now boasts a fresh look and feel, following the launch of the club’s new website on Wednesday evening.

As part of the launch of the new website, ALL supporters are required to re-register for CharltonTV.

If you are a supporter with an existing CharltonTV subscription, then your subscription has been carried over to the new site but you MUST still re-register and you MUST use the same email address to register that you previously used to login with on the club’s old website when you re-register.

Charlton get their pre-season campaign underway against Kilmarnock on Friday morning (10am KO BST) and fans MUST have followed the above steps in order to watch the game live on CharltonTV.

A live streaming match pass for the pre-season fixture is priced at just £6 or, alternatively, a CharltonTV subscription will allow fans to watch ALL pre-season fixtures live.

Annual and monthly CharltonTV LIVE subscriptions (international only) include all of the above as well as the live streaming of all of the club’s Sky Bet League One fixtures. Please note, these subscriptions are only available outside of the UK & Ireland, as per EFL broadcast rules.

I have a CharltonTV subscription from the old website. What if I re-register with a different email address?

If you register for CharltonTV with a different email address, your existing subscription will not be recognised. If you suspect that you have re-registered with a different email address, please contact the club by emailing website@cafc.co.uk.

How can I check if my subscription has carried over?

Once you have re-registered on the new club website, you can check your subscriptions by visiting the ‘View Account’ section of the website. Alternatively, if you are able to access any of the videos in the ‘Full Match Replays’ dropdown menu then this means that your subscription has carried over.

Can I still use the old Valley Pass app to watch CharltonTV?

No, this app is now defunct and is no longer operational. A new club app will be available to download in the coming weeks. In the meantime, CharltonTV can be accessed on both desktop and mobile browsers on the new club website.
