How long-standing partner WJ King supports CACT’s work

Part of Charlton Athletic Community Trust’s (CACT) partner scheme, family-run car dealer group WJ King has been CACT’s Official Motability Partner for several years.

CACT’s Head of Early Help and Prevention, Carl Krauhaus, has been provided with a Motability vehicle for several years courtesy of WJ King to help with his work running various mental health and disability programmes.

Carl said:

“The car provided by WJ King has been a great help for my department as we can easily and comfortably get to our sessions with mental health and disability clients across South East London and Kent.”

WJ King have supported CACT’s work not only through vehicle and transport solutions, but also by getting involved in fundraisers and promotions including the Upbeats Walk.

The support WJ King provides CACT is part of a wider partnership with the Charlton family, which sees the car dealer have a partnership with Charlton Athletic. As part of this partnership, all Charlton Athletic season ticket holders can access discounted rates on WJ King cars.

Through the partners scheme CACT works together with businesses and organisations in the local area who wish to support their local community by making an ongoing contribution to help us continue our work.

CACT’s sponsors, partners and patrons have put their companies at the heart of the community, supporting its work to make a difference to people's lives by improving health, education and employment, and reducing crime.
