Nathan Jones has been shortlisted for the EFL's 2024/25 League One Manager of the Season award.
The gaffer has catapulted his side into fifth spot following a remarkable run that has already been recognised with back-to-back Manager of the Month nominations in February and March. Only champions Birmingham City have amassed more points than the Addicks across the last 25 fixtures.
One of the most in-form teams in the division, Jones' team are currently unbeaten in 13 at The Valley, winning 10 of those.
With four fixtures remaining, the Addicks have kept 19 league clean sheets, the second most in League One and just one shy of a joint club record set in 1980/81, 1997/98 and 2011/12.
Jones faces competition from Chris Davies (Birmingham City), Phil Parkinson (Wrexham) and Richie Wellens (Leyton Orient) for the accolade.
The winner will be announced live at the EFL's annual ceremony in London on Sunday, April 27th, which is also being broadcast live on Sky Sports Football from 8.30pm.
Charlton can guarantee a top-six finish with a win against Northampton Town at The Valley on Good Friday. Don't miss out - click here to get your tickets now!
