Charlton Head Coach Karen Hills has been named Barclays Women's Championship Manager of the Month for January, as voted by the LMA panel.
It is the second time Hills has picked up the award this season after previously collecting the trophy in November.
The Addicks managed to secure six points over the course of two league games during January, helping the side return to the top of the Barclays Women's Championship table.
Charlton started January with a 3-2 win at home to Blackburn Rovers before earning a crucial 1-0 victory at local rivals Crystal Palace.
An LMA spokesperson said: "The LMA wishes to pass on its congratulations to Karen and her team for achieving this award and wish them the best for the remainder of the 2023/24 season."
The Addicks face a huge game on Saturday against Hills' former side Tottenham Hotspur in the fifth round of the Adobe Women's FA Cup at Brisbane Road (KO 5.15pm GMT). Tickets are still available and can be purchased here.
