Make changes this New Year with our Happy New You Roadshow!

Charlton Athletic Community Trust’s health improvement team is delivering the Royal Borough of Greenwich’s ‘Happy New You’ roadshow, to help residents gain access to the wealth of free health and wellbeing services and information available in the borough.

We all know stopping smoking, eating better and moving more can help us feel good. But, things like where we live, our community and the job we do are also important for our health and happiness.

The roadshow will run until the end of March and visit the busiest and most popular locations all around the borough.

Trained, friendly advisors will be there to help you with your health, finances, living situation, social life or work. Using the ‘Wellbeing Planner’ on the roadshow, as well as the Greenwich Community Directory, we can help you decide what areas of your life you would like support with, and direct you to services which may help improve your wellbeing.

The Greenwich Community Directory is an online hub which with all this information and services in one place. It is a one-stop shop for health and social care services throughout Greenwich, and can signpost you to the different support available.

It shows services which can support with help at home, health and wellbeing, supported living and housing, things to do, carers, advice and benefits training and employment.

It is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and 365 days a year.

You will come away from the roadshow armed with lots of information, including a wellbeing plan tailored to you and details of any services you’re interested in contacting. You can also sign-up to a service online where you can view and edit this plan, through the Greenwich Community Directory.

Support is also available over the phone through our Greenwich Healthy Living Line on 0800 470 483.
