Mary Bashford has joined FA Women's National League south side Gillingham Women on a dual registration until the end of the season.
The 18-year-old midfielder who is a product of Charlton's RTC appeared in all three of Charlton's Continental Cup group fixtures this season.
Head Coach Karen Hills said: "Mary is a very talented young player who we rate highly here at Charlton. In order to aid her development further we believe this dual registration will give her more game time whilst still receiving guidance from us."
